I booked this for a getaway to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday and our 16th anniversary. From when we drove up to the cabin and saw the amazing view, to when we entered the cabin all my wife kept saying was "This was exactly what I was looking for!" She said I did good..whew! Cabin was very clean and Birgit called to check in on us to make sure everything was ok". Great host, great cabin, great view. We fell in love with Asheville, the mountains (lots of great hikes), and the amazing Biltmore Estate. We'll be back for sure!

We arrived to cold temps and clouds enveloping the mountains. Found the cabin to be extremely clean, comfortable furniture, and cozy beds. Views are stunning from the windows and big back porch. Had crackling fires in the fireplace every night, plenty of firewood outside. Long walks in the woods in the collier cove nature preserve, which is only a couple hundred yards up the street. Relaxed in the hot tub in the evenings. We couldn't have had a better time in the log cabin!

This cabin was beautiful inside and out. The views from the deck are spectacular. You are a short drive form the Biltmore, Asheville, Pisgah Forest, Brevard, NC Arboretum and the Sierra Nevada brewery, which is a site to see with a terrific restaurant. The cabin was comfortable and very clean. It's the type of rental where you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. This is will be a cabin we will continue to rent for years to come and so should you.
